Dave - Your coaching approach in the gym translates to real life applications. Being a stay at home mom - I tend to forget what I am capable of and I often sell my sell short. I take on a lot of small details thru out my days that in my eyes; don't amount to much and are quite often taken for granted. Making me feel - not so important.

But, seeing and feeling my physical progress in such a short amount of time - well, ... You have amazed me with MYSELF! :}

Training and working out during my pregnancy has been a far greater experience than I could have imagined.   Having trained prior to getting pregnant, I knew that I wanted to continue throughout my pregnancy.  Not only has training throughout my pregnancy kept me in shape (though you can’t necessarily see the results of tighter abs or a smaller waistline), it has also given me more energy and I feel much better when I workout.  That’s always a plus when pregnancy can cause energy levels to fall. 

Though there are certain types of exercises you need to avoid while pregnant, I have been taught that there are plenty of other exercises that can be done to make sure all of the key muscle groups are hit. I have also learned that I could do the same exercises throughout my entire pregnancy just by making some minor modifications.
